Due to the security situation, the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is advising against all travel within the immediate border area with Syria.
The Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs are advising against travel to Diyarbakir, Tunceli, Bingöl, Igdir and Agri in eastern Turkey.
The Swedish Ministry of Forerign Affairs are also advising against travel to the parts of the provinces Hatay, Gazientep, Kilis, Mardin, Sanilurfa, Sirnak and Siirt that are beyond 10 kilometers from the syrien border. They are also advising against travel to the province Hakkari by the Iraqi boarder.
Europeiska ERV's risk analysts regard the provinces Diyarbakir, Hakkari and Sirnak as high risk areas. The border to Syria is also regarded as a high risk area.
