Claims online

This is where you make a claim if something has happened and you want to use your insurance.

Before you start

Make sure you have your policy number, booking number or card number available. Also make sure you have all the documents you need to confirm what happened. If you need, read the FAQ for making a claim.

Top tip: Scan your documents. It will make things easier for you when you claim compensation. We will also be able to process your claim more quickly. Also remember to have the number to your bank account available.

Are you stationed abroad?

If you are stationed abroad and are insured through your employer you will notice that as from 9th of December our web service for claim notification has been updated with new functions and a new appearance.

Expatriate Insurance

To prevent misunderstandings and make claims handling as smooth as possible, please report one claim per person and diagnose. Additional documentation related to earlier reported illnesses/accidents should be sent to us by e-mail.
