This is where you make a claim if something has happened and you want to use your insurance.
Prepare by having your insurance number/booking number/card number and your bank account information available. Also have any documents that confirm the incident available.
Information about what certificates we need can be found in our claim FAQ. Upload scanned receipts and certificates to speed up the process when making your claim. Accepted formats are: jpg, pdf and doc. Tip! Scan you recipts and certificates so they end up in the same document, that way the handling of your case will go a little faster.
If you want to send receipts and certificates to us after your calim has been reported you are welcome to do that by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org (only state your claim number in the subject line!): or by mail to ERV; Box 1; 172 13 Sundbyberg. Always refer to the claim number you receive after the claim has been reported.
If your booking- or insurance number contains letters, please use small letters.
Type the first 8 digits in your card number
If you have an annual insurance enter your policy number. Have you purchased a short-term insurance through a tour operator for a specific trip, enter your booking number (without a hyphen)
