This is where you make a claim if something has happened and you want to use your insurance.
Make sure you have your policy number, booking number or card number available. Also make sure you have all the documents you need to confirm what happened. If you need, read the FAQ for making a claim.
Top tip: Scan your documents. It will make things easier for you when you claim compensation. We will also be able to process your claim more quickly. Also remember to have the number to your bank account available.
If you are stationed abroad and are insured through your employer you will notice that as from 9th of December our web service for claim notification has been updated with new functions and a new appearance.
Please type your reservation number / policy number in lower case letters - not in capital letters.

If you have an annual insurance enter your policy number. Have you purchased a short-term insurance through a tour operator for a specific trip, enter your booking number (without a hyphen)
