You will find your insurance number on your insurance card. You can also ask the manager that is responsible for insurances at your company.

Yes, the easiest way is to contact us on +46 770 456 917 so we can help you with your insurance number. You can also enter a fictitious number (e.g. 1234567) but mind that this may lead to you having to answer more questions in connection with the processing of your claim afterwards.
What do I do if I can’t find a category or option that match with what has happened to me?
This is probably because the insurance you have bought doesn’t cover that particular incident. What do you mean by “travel account”?
By travel account we mean the account that your company uses for the purchase of all your company’s trips.
Can I report several different incidents in the same claim?
This is not possible at this time. You have to make two or more separate claims if you, for example, have suffered a flight- and luggage delay during your trip.
