Where do I find my insurance number?
You will find your insurance number in the confirmation mail that was sent to you after you booked/paid for your insurance. You can also find it in the policy letter.
What do i do if I can't find my insurance number, is it possible to make a claim anyway?
Yes, the easiest way is to contact us on +46 770 456 918 so we can help you with your insurance number. You can also enter a fictitious number (e.g. 1234567) but mind that this may lead to you having to answer more questions in connection with the processing of your claim afterwards.
How do I know if I should fill in the insurance number or reservation number?
You must fill in the insurance number if you have signed the insurance directly through us or if you have received a specific insurance number from a reseller. On the other hand, if you have signed the insurance when you booked a trip through a tour operator or reseller and only received a booking number for the trip, this is what you should provide.
What happens after my claim is submitted?
After your claim is submitted you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. It is very important that you read this. If any information is missing we will contact you.
Can i report several different incidents in the same claim?
This is not possible at this time. You have to make two or more separate claims if you, for example, have suffered a flight- and luggage delay during your trip.
